Anniversary Gift! I was at the Dartford Court yesterday for an eviction hearing! This was a last straw for me as I have for 16 months refused to have to go down the legal route to evict a tenant christian sister! The last we got any rent off her was December 2012!!! Shes working and blatantly refused to pay! She a serial pathological liar! After a while I gave up and stopped going to the flat! It was too painful coupled with the fact its time and money draining! I eventually handed the liaison to someone else. For a year I did not talk to her nor visited the property. I just couldnt understand how anyone could be that wicked! Long story short, we were given a hearing for the 15th of October which I dint particularly like as it falls on our wedding anniversary therefore messing up our 26th honeymoon getaway! Lol! At the same time I dint want to change the date as I have already done that once. My wife looked at me and said, ...honey that would be the best anniversary gift for me to get an eviction judgement At the time of the hearing she was already owing £13,650. Money we are not sure we will ever be able to get from her! In fact we have constantly told her to move on and forget about the money! Apparently this woman had stayed on so she can be evicted! It is only on that ground the council would rehouse her!!! Well I am grateful we found Gods favour and the judge has ruled she be evicted in 14 days time! My prayer today is that everyone that have intentionally sat on your blessing or blocking your sources of income be evicted today in Jesus name! It was a big relief for me particularly as I have seen many people lose out in instances like this with wicked, callous and evil intent tenants! To my Christian Brethren: If you are a christian and you are in the habit of doing this, taking the love and generosity of your brothers and sisters for granted or abusing the privileged given; please know that this is not of God! You cannot be going to church lifting holy hands and expecting Gods blessings! This is not on. I am reminded of Pauls comment concerning Alexander the coppersmith: Alexander the coppersmith did me great harm; the Lord will repay him according to his deeds. (2 Tim 4:14) The Lord has a way of rewarding us all for the works of our hands! People do not need to curse or pray Fire prayer. God is a rewarder. The sad thing is when people are being rewarded they forget the seed of evil they had sown! Those around them attributes it to the works of the enemy... Lets not make it difficult for other believers to keep helping or get help! Grateful to God for helping us through it all and for those he surrounded us with to favour us! Pastors do bleed o! I rest my case...
