Annnd, another new feature from Facebook today! Say Thanks lets you create personalized video cards for specific Facebook friends. Facebook says: Share a Say Thanks video with a close friend, your significant other, a relative, a coworker, an old friend – or anyone else in your life who you’d like to celebrate. There is no limit to how many personalized videos you can create and share. See that? NO. LIMIT. ;) Create a bazillion videos and share em up, folks!! Hehee! Yes, Facebook + video = a marriage made in heaven!? Easy peasy to create one of these Thanks videos! 1) Go to https://facebook/thanks 2) Select a special friend! 3) Facebook creates a short (1 minute) video montage using photos of you and your friend. Play the video preview. Decide if you want to change the theme and/or choose different photos. (Seems you get up to 15). 4) Click Share. The video then posts to *your* personal Timeline and your friend gets tagged so it goes on his/her Timeline, too. So, obviously you wouldnt want to make too many in a row or it will clutter up your own wall and particularly the news feed of mutual friends. (Btw, looks like you cant share to public. Widest privacy options are both sets of friends and anyone tagged). I have to say, I just tried it with a close friend and it was really very sentimental. I loved the theme, photo choices, verbiage and music!! Awww - perfect timing for US Thanksgiving, right?! Will you use this tool?
