Announcement : Closure of Fred & Mollys It is with the deepest of regret and some sadness that Fred & Mollys will be closing for good on the 7th November. Its been a long & tough journey and the decision to close the cafe has been helped by my great staff also deciding its time for pastures new. Since we left Billingham Golf Club and then our cafe in John Whitehead Park we have worked hard to build the business from its present location, but however it has continually lost money and my resources are now gone. I must thank everyone who has supported our catering since its early days as simply part of our fun day. Many people have picked up skills for life and personally Ive learned a great deal. In regard to BCT we can now solely focus on building one of the best youth Programmes on Teesside without distraction. Its hard for me, but it so only failure if you learn nothing and stop trying,just like life itself. Sorry I cant personally call everyone to announce this but due to outside factors I havent the time. The cafe was named after my beloved grandparents and one thing they taught me was resilience, so onwards & upwards !! Final note to my pal Dave Mason, pleased hopefully to simply call you a friend only ;)
