#Announcement Polling and registration of OE/SSE courses for the Spring Term 2013-14 ``````````````````````````````````````````````````` The registration of Open Electives (OE) and Social Science Electives (SSE) for Spring Term of Session 2013-2014 shall start at 5:30 PM on October 26, 2013 and end at 5:30 PM on October 30, 2013. Students can register for the same through UMS either inside campus or from outside campus. The interface for registration will be available 24 hours a day till the end date. The registration of Open Electives (OE) and Social Science Electives (SSE) for Spring Term of Session 2013-2014 shall be as follows: 1. For all Honors students the polling cum registration interface will be open at 5:30 PM on October 25, 2013 and close at 5:30 PM on October 30, 2013. This interface will remain deactivated from 03:30pm to 05:30pm on October 26, 2013. 2. For all other programmes the polling interface will be open at 5:30 PM on October 26, 2013 and close at 5:30 PM on October 30, 2013. Students can register for the same through UMS either inside campus or from outside campus. The interface for registration will be available 24 hours a day till the end date as mentioned above. Please note that if a student does not participate in registration up to 5:30 PM on October 30, 2013, he/she will be allotted the course in which seats are left vacant as per system logic and no request for allotting his/her preference will be entertained. In order to check whether OE/SSE is applicable in the next term, a student can refer to the attached file “Applicable programs for OE SSE polling of Spring Term 2013-14.xls” with this announcement. Important Note: All the students are informed to carefully study the course write-ups (available at link: UMS Navigation -> Learning Management System (LMS) -> Open/Social Sci. Elective Registration) in order to shortlist the course they would like to select. This careful analysis will help in making good choice of courses. The course write-ups will remain deactivated on October 25, 2013 and upto 05:30pm of October 26, 2013 for Non Honors students. In case of any further query, please contact DAA window 2, Block 32-102.
