Announcement on Peek Credit Purchases and Pins Orders Dear Resellers, In view of the current complications in submitting the online forms for both Peek Credit Purchases and Pins Orders, we have decided to remove these application forms from our bvmalls until the smooth accessibility is available. In view of this development, you are required to send your orders and requests online to the respective email addresses as outlined below. In conjunction with the current fasting month and coming Hari Raya festive holidays, the Company will continue to render these services for the next couple of weeks and at the same time will be extending our services even on Saturday and Sunday with the normal working hours. Kindly be reminded of the cut-off time which is at 5.00pm. Any request received after 5.00pm will only be processed on the following day. For Peek Credits purchases, the processing time is still within 48 hours after submission. Append below are the details on the email addresses and its requirements which must be complied with. A.
