Main - Starting Point View Public Whiteboard: bit.ly/1wTqmjS Warm-up Starting Point Class 6 (No Measure) 20 Twists 10 Double Arm Circles (F&B) 10 Push-ups 20 Squats Forward Gym Sprint-1x Backward Gym Sprint-1x Agility Ladder-3 patterns (Peoples choice) Skill 1: Pendlay Snatch Progression (No Measure) Step 1-Bend the knees to get in the Power Position. The bar should be in the crease of the hips. Step 2-From Step 1, bend at the hips to lower the bar just below the knees. Step 3-From the Step 2, bend the knees again to lower the bar to mid shin. 2: Overhead Squat 3: Pendlay Clean Progression (No Measure) This is very similar to the Pendlay Snatch Progression. We will go over all of the steps together as a group. Conditioning Starting Point Class 6 (AMRAP - Rounds and Reps) 10 minute AMRAP: 10 Cleans (Barbell) 10 Push Jerks (Barbell or DB) 10 Sit-ups
