Announcements Monthly Challenge: Push-ups (chest to floor and full lock out) 04/01 - 30 day plank challenge starts NEWS: Schedule Changes: No more Mobility classes on Saturdays. Starting Saturday May 10th we will be starting our competition class at 10:15am. All 4:30pm classes are CrossFit classes. No more 12 pm CrossFit/Open gym class on Fridays.
