Announcements New schedule starts this week. Each class is capped at 14 athletes, please ensure that you reserve early to ensure you get the class you want! Please ensure that you sign in 30 min prior to the start of class or cancel you reservation so that other athletes can attend the class if you are not attending. Please reserve for specialty CrossFit sessions as well. They are capped at 10 athletes.
