View Public Whiteboard: bit.ly/1vAQx0q Warm-up (No Measure) Coach-led warm up WOD Metcon (AMRAP - Reps) Each team spends 90 seconds at each station for max reps. 30 second transition period between each station. All team members work together. - Push Press (75/45) - Sit up - Ring row - Box jump over burpee (24/20) - Russian KB swing (53/35) - Calorie Row - Wall ball (20/14) - 10 m Shuttle run - Knees to elbow - Air squat Your score is your own total number of reps. Post WOD - 5 mins cool down run then band stretches
