Announcment for Hiring - UPS UPS is currently hiring for the state of Michigan with the majority of the opportunities here in the Metro Detroit area up to Grand Rapids: * 400 Seasonal Drivers that will deliver packages during the months of October through January 16th . The pay rate is $18.75/hr. * 1700 Driver Helpers that will ride along with the driver and assist them in delivering packages. The pay rate is $15.00/hr. * 40 Helper Coordinators that will work in the office to coordinate the on route meet points and times for the drivers and helpers. The pay rate is $18.60/hr. * 150 Inside employees that will load and unload packages. The pay rate is $10.00 to $11.00/hr. All of these positions are great entry level jobs and these employees will be the first considered for any permanent opportunities in 2015.
