Anon. I suffer with my back and am currently on lots of meds from the dr but they dont seem to be sorting out the prob. Ive been told theres nothing they can do as it wear and tear and that all I can do is have medication to assist with the pain. Its stopping me from doing the normal things I do etc and I want my life back. However ive spoken to a few people about it and the same thing keeps being referred to... .should or should I not try HEALING...im dubious about it, is it a waste of time, is it mind over matter or does it really work..has anyone ever tried this or am I just having a moment of madness..thanks
