Anon asks Hi Mamas, Im interested in arguments on both sides of the dummy (pacifier) debate. I have never been keen on dummies, and never thought I would use one for my babe, but after 6 months of continuous daily battles on day sleeps I am beginning to concede for my sanity and to ensure my little one is getting the sleep she so needs at this age. Even feeding her to sleep is no longer working which I used to do a lot. Babywearing does not work for us, it has been tried many times (both front and back carries) but my girl is just too easily distracted by any noise or movement. Im just wanting to know a bit more about the arguments for and against a dummy before I make my decision.
