Anon asks I really need help. I find myself getting so frustrated with my 9 month old baby for bed and naps. We co sleep and I lay with her for naps and bedtime until she falls asleep. Lately she just refuses to sleep although she is obviously tired. Ive tried waiting until shes ready for bed, Ive tried getting her ready early with same routine (bath) but she just screams at bed time. I literally have to restrain her until she falls asleep. I feel like such a bad mom I dont know what to do. Plz help!!
