Anon asks Im constantly suffering from yeast infections... I frequently change underwear (every 8 hours)... Never wipe back to front, cut nearly all sugar out of my diet, take a probiotic every day... But still constantly suffer with them. I know its only a yeast infection because Ive been tested for all STDs including BV... What can I do to prevent them from coming back?? I do have a lot of stress in my life right now that Ive been working on... Is there anything else I can do though for prevention? I just barely got over Ive and now a week later I am back to suffering. 😞
