Anon asks Im just wondering what others do when co-sleeping from birth. This is my third baby and although I co-slept on and off with our first and then full time with our second from a few months old, Ive never done it from birth. Im not sure whether to have baby just in my bed (obviously addressing all the safety needs), have a co-sleeper attached to bed, or have one of those little bed within a bed things so they have their own space. My instinct is to have baby in bed next to me as thats what feels natural and what Ive done with my older babies, but Im not sure if Ill want a separate space for a newborn. What have others done?
