Anon asks My 3 year old daughter has for the past two years, (more persistent in the cold) had a chronic dry cough. She coughs so much she cant breathe and chokes. We have seen multiple doctors and used all types of asthma medications (she never has a wheeze) and the orange inhaler makes no difference. We were referred to ENT clinic with no successful outcome, just an increase in medication and to be referred back to paed clinic. We have had antihistamines, redipred, antibiotics, cough medicines, vaporizers, dehumidifiers, vicks, vicks on the feet, lemon honey drinks, teaspoon of honey, onion in the room, nasal sprays..... all with absolutely no luck. Firstly does anyone have any experience with chronic/persistent (lasting longer than 8 weeks) cough? And maybe recommendations for naturopath or alternative treatments ? Thanks in advance 😊
