Anon asks ... My good friend is pregnant with number 3 and has smoked cigarettes through all of her pregnancies.. She hides the fact that she smokes a lot but her husband says its constant. All her kids are healthy but Im really concerned for her and this baby. She doesnt look very well most of the time and complains she is really really tired. She has had some huge set backs in her life since a very young age and many deaths in her family it hasnt been an easy life , I want to help her but its a very sensitive subject.. Should I leave it or say something? What can I do? Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thank you 😊 xx
