Anon has asked: Hello, Im really hoping to be able to have the home birth Ive been praying for.. I have a 2 1/2 year old, and Im 32 weeks pregnant. Hubby isnt so keen, but the midwife is coming see us tomorrow, and also hopefully i will be getting a doula too.. So hoping it will reassure him. Well.. I had the scan on Wednesday to check my placenta... and have to go for another scan at 36 weeks as placenta is still close to the cervix, about 2cm they think.. so really praying it does move enough by then...appointment is for an internal scan- i got really emotional and didnt cope with the news very well, nearly fainted! Which was very embarrassing...all because of my emotions! but trying to stay positive it will move. It made me realise how much i really want to be able to have a natural home birth...so fingers crossed! Need positive visualization! Trying to stay calm and relaxed...but has anyone else been in a similar position and how did it work out for you? Thanks
