Anonymous: Not much of a confession but need to get it off my chest.... So Ive been working at my job for about 21 months. In that amount of time I was able to go from no experience in this type of work to getting my class one. My boom truck ticket. And a able to run the bed trucks. And all other equipment the company has to offer. I was a swamper on the trucks for a few months then operated. I have been given a swamper and get to run all the trucks on my own. So this swamper is a useless piece of shit. He cant learn a damn thing. We have had him for well over a year and he still cant do his job even half right. Its very frustrating. Then I found out today that he makes the same wage as me. Really pissed me off. Ive worked so hard to get to where I am and I feel like he just got given it all. I dont know if i can say anything... Feel like a complainer. Anyone else have things like this happen?
