Anonymous: Sorry but Im just going to rant. Its Hmong New Years but all I have on my newsfeed Hmong people insulting one another. Like how they think its stupid how they dance to hip hop , how Hmong girls dont dress old-fashion, too much makeup and more. What the heck is this crap? Honestly, the whole point of New Years is to celebrate one another and to be happy of our Hmong culture. And all our people do is just be negative to every little thing. 1. Who cares if someone wants to dance to hip-hop or Korean music? It does not me that they hate their own culture. Be in their own shoes. They spend hours, days, weeks, months to practice their routine for your enjoyment. All their hardwork insulted by rude closed minded people. 2. Who cares on their style of Hmong clothing they wear? Its just their taste. If you dont like, then obviously youre not wearing it. And if you were really concerned on what they were wearing, you wouldnt have to post an idiotic Facebook status insulting them. Why should their Hmong clothes have to please you? You are not the one wearing it. 3. Too much makeup? Real crap, youd be insulting girls more if they didnt wear makeup. THE FREAKIN HYPOCRISY. Again, if you guys were truly concern, you would not need to insult them to the public. Our Hmong girls feel confident and you just wanna crush them down? Really pathetic. The judgmental, cruel and rude side of our community needs to stop. The whole point of these events are suppose to be positive yet we just like to tear eachother down. HOW F*CKING DISAPPOINTING. Those who are offend by this are obviously the ones doing these things. Teach our generation to love and accept one another. Is that do hard to even do?
