Another $600 iPhone trashed by a you tube graduate. Looked at a phone for a client that had a friend work on it for them. Initially needed a new screen. Opened it up and immediately noticed screws missing, bent parts and trash inside. Inspection under microscope revealed logic board was cracked, rendering phone worthless. A professional would have only charged about $80 for the repair. Sure they spent at least $50 on the parts if they paid nothing for labor. So not only are they out the $50, but also $600+ for a new phone. Use only certified professionals. If not us, another one that has certified techs.
