Another ABtastic move! This move is one you will want to keep in mind on the days where you work your abs. It is a bit challenging but its soooo good! Lie flat on your back and place your hands by your ears (you want a slight touch of your hands). Take one leg and lift it parallel to the ground with the other leg bent (it isnt to touch the ground either). Begin crunching up use your core not your neck. Do 30 crunches on each side (30 with left leg out and 30 with right leg out). To modify, dont take your leg as close to the ground and have the opposite foot resting on the ground. The lower your leg hovers, the more challenging this move is. HOLLA if you like a fit & healthy tummy!
