Another AI disaster. I reach the counter 50 mins in advance. Wait for 20 minutes to reach one of the two manned counters they have, where there is no support staff to even put the check in luggage into the belt, to realise that flight is closed. No one to give a last call or help passengers through a dense queue. I reach the ticketing counter and realise there are more in my tribe. A hole in my pocket, I finally get a jet flight. Meanwhile, catch a glimpse of Mary Kom flashing golden smile at the opposite counter, eat extremely over priced and tasteless masala dosa, find no drinking water in the food court ( except over priced bottled water that is), find a dozing guard in the loo who complains about her 12 hr shift and her two hour commute home- every day. Feeling sleep deprived and torn, finally heading back to Swalpa adjust madi Bangalore!
