Another Chapter Closed Well today I closed another chapter of life. It was my last day to volunteer at the Lancaster Council of Churches food and clothing bank. I have been a volunteer there since Sept 2012. I wish to thank everyone there for their sense of humor and friendship. Minerva I will miss your crazy fast speaking Spanish voice and laughter. Virginia always had a smile every morning I arrived. Thanks to Sonya for giving me the directions needed to set the shelves up properly. Amanda for letting me in each morning and greeting me with a smile. Marianne thanks for the friendship even though you are a Republican. Also our conversations. Debbie for her great sense of humor, laughter and fellowship. Jonas for his friendship in the short time I’ve known him and his hard work stocking and receiving of food. Linda for her laughter, humor and sugar. Very special thanks to Raquel for all the guidance in the total operation of the place. I will miss her yelling “RONNNNNNNNNNNNNNN”. She has been a great friend. I wish them all well and will miss them all dearly. Good luck to all of you in the move later this year.
