Another Craigslist Give-Away ending up in the hands of an animal abuser. Quincy, Mass. Police have announced an arrest in the Puppy Doe case. Puppy Doe received worldwide attention after the Pit Bull puppy was found severely abused and tortured near a park. Sadly, there was no medical treatment that could help her & the humane thing to do was euthanize her. Police said that they have arrested and charged Radoslaw Czerkawski, 32, with misleading investigators in the case and 11 charges of cruelty to animals. The animal cruelty charges carry a 5 year term as a felony....
