Another Monday offering! Exploring Shadow, Discovering Self Get a practical introduction to shadow-work, which is essential to the spirituality of the second half of life. As we explore neglected or lost aspects of ourselves, we will not only gain insight into our true nature, but also see how the shadow acts as a counterbalance to illusion and inflation. Through lecture, videos, discussion and handouts, this class will focus on the relationship of shadow to the Self—our innate regulating center which is full of hidden resources and creative energies, waiting to be honored and expressed. He has long studied the integration of theology and psychology and regularly lectures in business, community and religious settings.
