Duties and essential job function: Logistics, import-export activity Maintains contact with external suppliers and customs authorities, ensuring that the products received are in compliance with the order and with quality standards of the company Maintain and develop suppliers database, updating it periodically Contacting the traditional and potential suppliers in order to obtain the tender of materials and services Solving the problems appeared alongside with the beneficiary Sending the acquisition orders according to the signed contracts and to the agreement with the supplier Following the stage of going of the orders Informing the superior through specific planned reports related to the activity and the problems appeared Assures the connection customs agent – supplier Maintain the relationship with representatives of client company Respond promptly and professionally to request received from both external customers and from the internal customers Prepares all necessary documents for customs clearance import/export Negotiate freight rates with suppliers in order to obtain more convenient rates specific planned reports related to the activity and the problems appeared Prepares and submit progress reports Required and Key Qualities: Experience in import-export operations, billings, logistics, customs declarations Commercial negotiation techniques, legal basis Driver license Precision and rigor in work performed Strategic Thinking Ability anticipation Discretion and Confidentiality Developed sense of organization and respect deadlines Ability to coordinate and complete multiple tasks at the same time Stress tolerance Studies: Economic/ International Economic Relations higher education Experience: At least 3 years in the same position Foreign languages: English – Advanced French – Advanced Computer skills: Ms-Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Acces Internet Explorer
