Another attempt at a kosher, gluten free meal. Here I have turkey breast Breaded with instant potato flakes, Parmesan cheese, and Italian spices. I used an egg bath to adhere the flakes on, then baked in the oven for 45 minutes at 400 degrees, turning once. I used fresh mushrooms and onions rather than a side of pasta, and my favorite, stewed tomatoes. Im loving potato flakes as I binder in my gluten free breads too. I havent quite perfected a recipe for smooth gluten free potato bread, but Im close to mastering it!
