Another big day today. Started off with a chipper 12 min AMRAP - 60m run, 50 KB Swings (16kg), 40 box jump overs, 30 burpees, 20 Toes to Bars, 10 Chest to Bars - got out 5 C2B, 1 min transition then to 3 min max calories on the Air Dyne Bike (torture). This afternoon saw Snatch and Clean & Jerk - 4 mins to do 3 lifts to get your best lift. Snatched 32.5kg and 37.5kg and missed 42.5 - my PB is 40. Got a 2.5kg PB on the Clean & Jerk at 55kg! Shout out to all the other Staunchers that were in it again for day 2 and our supporters from Crossfit Staunch who came to support us today. Special thanks to Aunty Joanna for our KFC chicken. Sorry Jo you now have a whole new legion of cooking fans!
