Another blissful & beautiful day in Mount Shasta...yesterday I went on a private sacred tour with the lovely JOA and got up close with the mountain and a gorgeous meadow by the Spring. Lots of healing, divine guidance and connection with the Shasta energies. shastashuttle/mountain-spirit-tours/ This afternoon I took some time just to BE in the sunshine, gazing at Mount Shasta from a sun-soaked bench, then sitting by a soothing stream of pure mountain water. I feel nourished and loved. So my invitation to you this weekend is to find time to BE, to BREATHE, to enjoy the moments you have right now without worrying or planning for whats coming next. Look for the beauty and blessings already around you. Hand over any challenges to your team and relax while you await divine guidance on what action to take.
