Another bloody Al-Shabab Massacre in Mandera again.This time 36 quarry miners brutually massacred near Mandera town.Duct has not settled over by the same group in the same county the other day! Subject to the constitution of kenya,chapter nine Article 132 (function of the Governor)-clause(2) Governor Roba is to blame for the senseless killings of the innocent resident. The buck shop at the Governor Desk! These senseless killings of innocent Manderians has become a little bit too common and regular...! CHOICES INDEED HAVE CONSEQUENCES One fact the most of you dont know is that our kenya defense force (KDF) mission in somalia is not to fight Al-shabab.Our drunk presidency has been cheated by some elected politicians from Garissa county who had long before was formed planned to put Kismayo under the grip pf their clanmen and couldnt so so without the help of a stronger hand. The fact is KDF after capturing Kismayo handed over the administration of the region to Juba administration which is an offshoot of Garissa county leadership and headed by people allien to the region on the expensenses of the stronger local clans living there who supported the KDF under the banner of Somali Nation Army. Al-shabab was scapegoat for a greater Garissa County dream and that is the course of the KDF mission in Somalia. Massacre of innocent Manderians is the price we pay for being proxy army of Garissa county politicians.!
