Another day, another procedure and a very resilient toddler Sometimes we are just amazed with Gabriels strength. Today, Gabriel woke up bright and early at 6:30 for another day of activity. Following intensive morning physiotherapy, Gabriel continued to play until noon when he went for another lumbar puncture (with general anesthetic). The docs took out some spinal fluid to relieve minor pressure he had on his brain We hope this is a one time thing. Immediately after the procedure, Gabriel woke up, quickly recovered and went on playing, practicing his walk, reading books and watching TV, without a nap until 8:00 pm. He pooped us out. Tomorrow, Gabriel will have an ultrasound of his spleen... Good night, and God bless.
