Another day, another temple, and another plate of Cambodian Amok - the mild chicken curry with chili, lemongrass, turmeric, and galangal which is sort of like ginger (fish amok is better known but I prefer the chicken and have not found a vegetarian version on the menu). At least I pick a different restaurant each time even if I havent varied what I order. I love the indoor/outdoor aspect of restaurants, shops, stores. Its all roll up doors. Also I wondered where the gas stations were - I included a photo - my tuk tuk driver pulls up to this green and yellow barrel and thats it - the sidewalk service station - fill her up and we are off to the next temple.
