Another example of the seed growing .. offer everyone the opportunity you never know who your next flower will be .. my team all started as seeds 5 years ago I started avon .. I joined as a sales leader and started to grow my team . I was a nervous wreck very shy and wouldnt say boo to a goose. Along the way my confidence grew and so did my business, Like many in the team or avon world I found prospecting hard and many did not expect me to grow as fast as I did in confidence or team. Moral of my story is dont judge a book by its cover I was shy , I was silent but now look at my team and look at me because avon has changed my life and can do yours
