Another example of why you have to be very careful (especially if you arent white) if you get pulled over by the cops. Here is video of a cop shooting this person who he pulled over for not wearing a seat belt when the guy did everything the cop asked him to do and was not being a problem what so ever. Anyway, from this video, what can we take? To make sure you announce every move you are going to make before doing it so there isnt a possibility they may misunderstand and shoot you for it. Anyway, at least they fired this cop and he is likely got to prison for a while. Thank goodness he was a pretty bad shot, 4 shots at point blank range at someone without a weapon and he only hit the guy in the leg.
