Which brings up my next point... They DNR have no authority over tame deer. Domestic or tame deer fall under the authority of the USDA. (Ohio Revised Code) ORC Section 531.081 Regulation of domestic deer.The division of wildlife does not have authority to regulate domestic deer, which shall be regulated as agricultural animals by the department of agriculture. Also, I spoke with Sandra Potts in Clarington and have disturbingly learned that it took 2 people to kill Bucky. He had to be shot more than once. There is no excuse from beginning to end.
