You worked diligently to get us into the best hotels, handled the complicated logistics involved in our many stops, and even sent us a detailed list of sights to visit while we were in Vancouver. In addition and with little notice you were able to reserve us a room at The Delta Bow Valley hotel in Calgary and provide us with amazing seats for two days at the wonderful Stampede! When you realized that I had injured my leg you went to great lengths to ensure that the hotel provided a wheelchair for our entire stay even if you had to drive us to the nearest Red Cross office to get it! The logistics of getting around Calgary were a concern for us but you stepped right in and arranged taxis so that we could enjoy our trip in spite of my inability to walk very far.
