Another fantastic day at Waterford Warriors. Rachael and myself are delighted to be creating such strong links with the surrounding schools and colleges, especially Waterford Institute of Technology. As past graduates, its a fantastic link to have and it is growing all the time...taking on fantastic work placement students, hosting the college weight lifting club and today we had the 1st Health and Exercise group drop in for a session. Hopefully everyone enjoyed it and learned something along the way. Look forward to seeing you all again soon:-)
