Another flashback to training at G1. Walking lunges done well, even without a lot of weight, can mess you right up! Especially if you do them supersetted with something else - in this case it was straight after front squats. also note how effective you can make them if you dont lunge too far - shorter steps will result in greater vertical motion, which is against gravity, therefore increasing the amount of work done. Long legs + short steps + large bodyweight + pre-exhausted quads + some token dumbbells = leg annihilation!
