Another funny but how true moment in Korea..... My Timor Leste senior and I were tryna recharge our public transport card at the subway station when a drunken Korean approached us. He saw me and started trying to speak to me in an American accent, like how the afro-americans do.... He had a small 500 mills container with something like a hard mix in it. I told him, “were not Americans, were from the Pacific, oceania.... and he goes... Awwww islands? we koreans are afraid of oceania and their islandas but please be careful about the Korean ladies. I recharged my card, turned around and the korean disappeared a second later :)
