Another good day. Hotstuff hung around the living room today mostly. At lunchtime, my dad led him into the dining room with treats, and he sat there with the pack as they took turns getting their share of treats. He moved from the living room to the kitchen as I prepared their dinner, then he moved to the water bowl after finishing dinner. I took him out but had to lure him with treats, and we are still working on making a straight shot across the patio to the grass. I will make a path of outdoor rugs to aid that process. I lured him with treats to the dining room since thats where they hang out while we eat, and he took his normal position with the others. The only difference here is when he could see, he would sit patiently and wait for some tidbits, but now that he cannot see, he sits and barks his sassy bark to demand all the food that he knows is there. Not some of the food, ALL the food. He also came into the living room by himself and as I am typing this, he got up from the living room and went into the kitchen and got a drink of water! YAY! He gets rewarded for reaching all of these destinations by himself. Hes becoming more comfortable. He moves around more in the house than he has been and appears to move more carefully. He has that familiar pleasant expression on his face. Goal is to keep going with this and also to work on getting more at ease in the yard. All in all, Hotstuff had a kick ass day!!!!!
