Another good day has comes to its end and it will be nice to lay my head on my pillow knowing that I have done absolutely my best today.Tomorrow I pack for departure to Thailand to WKO Kumite World Tournament. Shall be in Thailand twenty days will be training in Sifu Mcinnes dojo after the tournament really look forward to it.Today when I came home after I left the Shihan and his wife at the airport. I went to the store to buy food i met a persson there who know about my story he said I am happy for you that things are going better for you now you never have to have bad days again. I said thank you and explained that Life has of ups and downs just because you re an optimist does not mean you re not going to have bad days. You will that s reality. Life isnt a always rainbows and butterflies. A foundation of realism keeps things in perspective and helps preventable things from being blown out of proportion. Expecting life to be wonderful all the time is wanting to swim in an ocean the waves Which only rise up and never come crashing down. However, When You recognize That the rising and crashing waves are part of the exact same ocean, you are able to let go and be at peace with the reality of These ups and downs. It Becomes clear That s life ups Require Life s downs but you will fight on and never giving up.. Bottom line, Prepare for the downs but capitalize on the ups the shapes makes you sensible and the latters makes you an optimist. Kyokushin Dojo kun last verse.
