Another good post on strength and form over quick results. I recently stopped kipping because my grip (form) was being lost on the need to do as many per round, and as fast as possible. Also in the loss of form, I was tearing my skin, and not your usual little tears. The other day I did strict only, and it was a much lower rep, but my form was way better, and my skin is intact.
