Another great day. Was my first home physical therapy and it went well. She has taken me off the walker and put me on the cane now. Wants me to have more natural movement and to use my leg so the brain can rescript properly. I still cant tell where my leg is but I can move it so am a little shaky with the cane. I am slower getting around but it feels good to be making such great progress. The name of the game is to push yourself no matter what. It is fun also because it has me back to doing an hour to hour and a half workout everyday to strengthen my legs and to increase upper body strength to help carry the load for awhile. It scares me when I think about it that things wont work again but at the same time makes me feel so good with putting in a 110% effort to make it happen if there is a chance that things will come back. I am loving my life and the people who have been here for me. My daughter, sons and my little sweetheart granddaughter that brings huge smiles to my face. What more can a man ask for. If you wake up every morning alive and breathing then your looking at new adventures and building new memories.
