This individual will be the first and primary point of contact for corporate clients, training partners and a network of instructors from around the world. Event, marketing, office management experience preferred but not required. Main Responsibilities 1. Main point of contact for training partners, trainers and corporate clients 2. Builds proposals 3. Manages admin team, IT support company, external contractors 4. Develops new business models and explores potential business growth opportunities 5. Facilitates webinars through WebEx, coordinates meetings 6. Prepares legal documents based on templates, modifies templates as required 7. Manages company’s participation in promotional events and conferences 8. Recruiting, hiring and firing staff Required Skills & Experience Requirements – Client Account and Partnership Manager 1. Excellent sales & business development skills 2. Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities 3. Ability to ‘wear different hats’ 4. Strong typing (80 WPM) & data entry skills 5. Proactive and positive 6. Flexible working hours to accommodate clients and partners in different time zones 7. Absolutely fluent written/spoken business English 8. Highly proficient with writing business correspondence 9. Highly professional phone manner 10. Experience with Adobe InDesign 11. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word
