Another great week at Crossfit: Monday: WOD ‘ Kelly ‘ 400mt Run 30 Box Jumps 30 Wall Balls X5 (RX+ and RX) X3 SC Tuesday Skill – OHS WOD 30 OHS with 5x Hang Cleans EMOM (excluding 1st minute) RX = 50/35 RX+ = 60/40 Wednesday WOD 7min AMRAP 7 Sumo Deads (RX+= 50/35, RX= 35/25, SC=Bar) 7 SDHP 7 2 legged jump over bar 3 min rest 5min AMRAP 20 DU (RX+ & RX) 60 Skips (SC) 20 Burpee jump up touch bar (or ring) Thursday WOD 15min AMRAP 15 Burpees 10 Pull Ups (RX+ = strict, RX = Kipping, SC = alternative) 5 Inverted Burpees (RX+ and RX, SC = alternative) FINISHER 300sec (5mins) FLR – Forward Leaning Rest. Press Up position then shift body weight slightly forward so your shoulders are slightly forward of your wrists. Hold for as long as you can. Can rest but no longer than 10 seconds Friday= Kaiti Hill Fun :)
