Another guest will be sending a email to my GM about the service I provided him with. With that said I have to say this I understand my history what my ancestors went through, the physical and psychological bondage they suffered, and the issuses we still face today with society. But theres two sides to a problem since I have been working the field Im in now I have been comended more by people of different ethnicitys than that of my own to be honest the majority of them are caucasion. Im not saying that means BLACK MEN still dont have our struggles my point is people recognize people who value themselves and hardwork. Being honest ONE of the reasons were not being taking seriously is because we dont value ourselves. We talk about they dont treat us as equal but we dont learn proper speech, shagging pants, have a whole bunch swagg wear but not one suit in our closet, and etc. The problem in whole is not just society its what you are investing yourself in and how you value yourself. People will only value you at the standard you se for yourself
