Another habit to change is how often you fuel your body. All day long your body is using energy and when you feel tired and sluggish it is because you have not fueled your body properly. To keep your body from storing food and keep metabolism going try to eat within first 30 minutes of waking and eat something every three hours. It sounds crazy but it really works. Try it for a week straight and watch your energy levels improve and hunger levels drop, but make sure you contain the amount of calories consumed. The more low calorie foods you utilize the more food you are able to consume without gaining weight.
