Another happy candidate who we have placed at JHR.. I found the whole experience from signing up in reception to meeting a chatting with members of the team extremely easy and efficient. I was never made to feel anything other than comfortable and relaxed. I know its not always good to compare but another Leeds based recruitment agency met with me and I felt like a number and it was very much like a conveyor belt system. I also never heard from them. Literally havent heard anything even to this day which is shocking customer service but JHR didnt keep me waiting long at all. I also understand that when one of the team was on annual leave, rather being forgotten about I was given someone new to look after me in the short term which was really appreciated. Many thanks for you continued support and whilst I hope I wont need you in the future, I would definitely use your services again and have recommended several others to you too Thanks Laura!!!
