Another hard W/E . Greenhouses getting full. Plants in seed house are going to be ready soon to go in the ground. RAIN,RAIN go away PLEASE. Made trip with the chefs to some of the farms & Mote Farm-Raised Caviar Center. Siberian sturgeon caviar is not my fav part of the fish, but it was most interesting to view the process from start to finish. Suncoast Food Alliance, who we deal with makes this farm tour for the chefs to see the farms they buy their produce from. John was in one van & I was on the other to answer questions & get ideas for next planting. Lunch at Mixion"s & then the rain started again!!! Great day. Thanks John. farmFarm-Raised
